His recent experiences included his role at Inter Pipeline Fund where he managed corporate planning and financial analysis processes and played a key role in over $10 billion in business development activities which included asset valuation, acquisitions, financial/commercial due diligence, deal structuring, and financing. |

•Most recently, he was Director, NGL Development at Inter Pipeline Fund where he managed financial analysis, commodity hedging, joint ventures, gas supply, and organic growth/acquisitions. Olu has also worked at Williams Energy, Edison Mission Energy, Enron Corporation and TransCanada Pipeline.

•Olu holds an MBA from University of Calgary, Canada and a B(Agric) from University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Gbenga Hassan

Prior to joining Avante, Gbenga worked in Aureos Capital Limited as an Associate and Regional Communications Representative, where he led and supported the investment of over $30m in 7 transactions in Nigerian companies and the partial divestment from one portfolio investment. Gbenga acted as an investment director on two portfolio Companies . He started his professional career as an investment banker in Standard Bank London (UK), before relocating to Stanbic Bank Nigeria where his expertise in Corporate Finance saw him pioneer 5 transactions from inception to close. |

Gbenga holds an MSc Economics and Management from University College London and BA (Hons) in Engineering and Business Management from University of Greenwich, U.K. He is a qualified Accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK (FCCA). |

Temitayo Ogunbanjo

Temitayo previously worked as a manager within the Group Office of Oando Plc, where he developed extensive experience in economic analysis, project investment evaluation and management. He was involved in the evaluation and development of various initiatives including the development of a petroleum products export terminal, integrating the logistics/supply chain framework of the Group to create a fully fledged subsidiary, as well as the development and management of an in-house culture transformation program. Most recently, Temitayo worked as the Special Project Manager with responsibility for overseeing the development of a $140 million petroleum products pipeline. |

Prior to Oando, Temitayo also worked within the asset managementdivision of Vetiva Capital Management (VCM) and Asset and ResourceManagement (ARM). |
|
Temitayo holds an MBA from Cardiff Business School, University of Wales (U.K) and a B.Sc in Economics from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. He is also a certified PRINCE 2 Projects Manager. |

Adegbola Adesina

Prior to joining Avante, ‘Degbola was with UBA Retail Financial Services Ltd (a subsidiary of the UBA group) where he was the Chief Financial Officer. He was the pioneer of coordination and preparation of the budget for all the Business Units. He was responsible for the analysis and recommendation of the optimal financing mix that optimizes shareholders’ returns and setting the financial performance measurement framework and tracking index. Prior to UBA, ‘Degbola worked in Transocean Support Services in KPMG fulfilling management accountant and internal audit officer roles respectively.

'Degbola holds a B.Sc (1st Class Honours) in Accounting from University of Lagos, Nigeria. He is a qualified accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and is currently a Level II candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst Program. |

Bolaji Femi-Ishola

Prior to joining Avante, Bolaji worked as an Investment Associate within the HBoS Banking Group in the U.K. He has over 5 years of experience in financial modeling for asset acquisition in the financial services and the hydrocarbon industry. Bolaji has over the years accrued expertise in corporate finance, petroleum upstream evaluation and gas market analysis. Before joining HBoS, Bolaji also worked as an Investment Associate within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division of Citigroup and as an Analyst with GB Oils both in the United Kingdom. |

Bolaji holds an M.Sc in Finance from the Manchester Business School, United Kingdom. He also holds a Masters Degree in Oil and Gas Economics from the University of Dundee, United Kingdom and a B.Sc in Economics, graduating with a second class upper from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Nigeria. |

Wandoo joined Avante in 2006 after completing her masters in finance. Prior to joining Avante, Wandoo successfully completed internships with GTBank, SchlumbergerSema and KPMG. Wandoo works with the financial advisory team on Capital raising transactions, Corporate finance and restructuring as well as M&A transactions. |

Wandoo holds an M.Sc in Finance from Cass Business School, City University, London. She also holds a BA (Hons) in Economics specialising in Finance from University of Manchester, U.K.

Margaret joined Avante in 2007. Prior to joining Avante, Margaret worked within the Business Process Unit as the Commercial Analyst in Cadbury Nigeria. Margaret works with the financial advisory team on Corporate Finance, M&A transactions and developing of financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis.

Loretta holds a BA (Hons) in Mass Communications from Delta State University. She also possesses a Certificat d’etudes Francaise which translates to an Intermediary level of French Speaking and Writing. |
